Photoshoots & Films are billed hourly. Some studios have cleaning fees on top on the hourly studios fees. Productions pleas ensure to book with set up and tear down time included.
Productions Non Business Hours, usually before 8am and after 10pm are billed at more expensive rates, at 1.5 rate of the hourly studio rate plus personnel fees. Personnel fees varies depending on the building and the lateness of the production
Events used to be billed hourly (including set up and tear down time, plus personnel and cleaning fees), now they are billed per package, which means for a set number of hours between the designated hours. The booked hours must include set up, and tear down time.
The shortest events at 5 hours can only be accommodated during Business Hours 8am-10pm. Longer events of 12 or 20 hour buyouts can be accommodated into later hours 11pm-2am depending on the building. These longer events also have earlier availability for set up starting at 5am. Please see specific pricing per studios.
If events require to set up the day prior, the minimum 5 hour buyout would apply. Please inquire for all the specific details of your event.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Both productions and events are required to place a good faith Refundable Damage Deposit. Usually for productions it starts at $500 and for events is starts at $1,000.
The studios come with everything shown as pictured. The good faith deposit is to ensure that all the studio items are well taken care of and returned with the studio at the end. If there are any additional charges like overtime or damaged items, the amounts will be deducted from the Refundable Damage Deposit. If there are no damages or any additional charges, the full amount will be reimbursed.
