Productions
Photoshoots & Films are billed hourly. Some studios have cleaning fees on top on the hourly studios fees. Please book with setup and teardown time included.
Events
Events used to be billed hourly (including set up and tear down time, plus personnel and cleaning fees), now they are billed per package, which means for a set number of hours between the designated hours. The booked hours must include set up and tear down time.

If events require to set up the day prior, the minimum package would apply. Please inquire for all the specific details of your event.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Both productions and events are required to place a good faith Refundable Damage Deposit. For productions, it usually starts at $500. For events, it usually starts at $1,000.
The studios come with everything shown as pictured. The good faith deposit is to ensure that all the studio items are well taken care of and returned with the studio at the end. If there are any additional charges like overtime or damaged items, the amounts will be deducted from the Refundable Damage Deposit. If there are no damages or any additional charges, the full amount will be reimbursed.
